What we do
Seven services, all of them things we are called out for every week in Stratford and the rest of east London. If your problem is not listed, ring us. It is usually something we handle.
Boiler repair and installation
Boiler stopped, losing pressure, or throwing a fault code? We repair it if it is worth repairing and tell you honestly when it is not. We also fit new combi boilers and carry out annual services.

Radiators cold at the top or cold altogether, banging pipes, sludge in the system. Bleeding, balancing, power flushing, new radiators and valves, and full system upgrades.

Plumbing and drainage
Leaks, dripping taps, running toilets, low water pressure, blocked sinks and showers, and drains that keep backing up. The everyday plumbing that stops a house working.

Emergency plumber
Burst pipe, water coming through a ceiling, no heating in January, no hot water with a baby in the house. Call, do not email. We answer at night and at weekends.

Landlord gas safety certificates
The annual CP12 you are legally required to hold for every rented property with gas. We arrange access with your tenants and email the certificate the day it is issued.

Smart heating controls
Hive, Google Nest and other smart thermostats supplied and fitted, wired into your existing boiler, and set up on your phone before we leave.

Bathroom installation
Full bathroom fits and smaller swaps. Showers, baths, basins, toilets and towel rails, including the pipework and waste behind the walls.

You get the number before we pick up a tool
Most jobs we can price on the phone once you have described the problem. Bigger work, a new boiler or a bathroom, needs a look first, and that visit is what tells us what the real job is.
If we open something up and find the job is bigger than either of us thought, we stop and agree the new price with you. Nobody likes an invoice with surprises on it, us included.
